2024 AF de GR Scholarship Winners

Rebecca-Helen Prince

Rebecca-Helen will be a junior at Calvin University in 2024-2025 and is majoring in French and Chemistry. In addition to a broad range of French courses in which she has excelled, she has served as a tutor in the French department and was tutored herself via zoom by a Belgian contact. She will be studying in Grenoble, France with the Calvin University program in the fall 2024.

Lilah Wolfer

Lilah will be a senior at Grand Valley State University in 2024-2025 and is pursuing a major in English and a minor in French.  Her French professor wrote in her recommendation, “I can count on one hand the number of times I have encountered students who are so passionate and committed to honing their skills that they go beyond the academic requirements and have a significant positive impact on the whole learning community; Lilah is one of those students.”

She plans to study at the Université Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France in the fall 2024.
