The Fenian's Irish Pub Founder's Brewing
Fenian's is the home of Irish music in West Michigan. Real Irish bands play real Irish music and every Wednesday talented local musicians play traditional session music, much like that in pubs throughout Ireland. And usually once a month the pub is home to a connemara sean-nos, a night of old style Irish parlor and street songs.
It is the way pubs are in the villages of Ireland. Irish pubs are an extension of the Irish parlor and the Irish kitchen, offering good food and good hospitality; the rest is up to you.
Keeping Fenian’s all Irish all the time is something that owners Terry and Mary Ann Reagan have made a point of doing. It is the home of the shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the world, a road bowling tournament, and of course, Irish fiddle lessons, Irish geneology instruction and regular performances of Irish bands and performers.

Ignore Mainstream
To bring you truly great beer, we have focused our efforts to one simple concept, ignore mainstream and brew the beer we want to drink. In this pursuit we have found lower efficiencies, higher cost, less yields and smaller market share. This may seem like an unsound business model, but in our pursuit for better beer, we also discovered a subculture of microbrewery aficionados.
Taproom
In November of 2007 Founders Brewing Company officially opened the doors to its new taproom. With more space, the new taproom is just as welcoming and still continues with its unique offering of specialty beers. The laid back atmosphere and weekly live music has made Founders Tap Room Grand Rapids favorite brewery!
